- SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULES
Our solar photovoltaic modules are
made from best grade bifacial
monocrystalline solar cells which have 13 to 14 % efficiency. These cells have
silicon deposition on front side as well as on its rear side.
Base structure:
n+-p-p+ structure employing "p" type silicon
p+-n-n+ structure employing "n" type silicon
The operating surface is textured in accordance with orientation
of silicon plates (100).Back side is smooth.
The contacts arranged on the operating side and the back one are grid-like
produced by deposition of paste with the help of screening.
- PRECISE MACHINING:
The solar photovoltaic cells are
further machined precisely with the help of
CNC based equipment to get the cells of desired output.
- ASSEMBLY:
The assembly is formed on stiff
acrylic sheets using specially coated metal
strips. Tin-lead-silver solder is used for tabbing the terminals to each other.
- ENCAPSULATION:
To protect the solar photovoltaic
modules from weather and mechanical stress
we use double encapsulation. The first level of encapsulation is achieved by
coating the modules by high quality resins. For the second level of
encapsulation moulded enclosures from engineering plastic materials are used.
Automatic machines are used to produce the enclosures. These are rugged
and can with stand high temperature. These are virtually unbreakable.
- FUTURE:
Practical applications of solar energy
will be plentiful in the years to come.
Development of higher power solar modules is currently on the anvil. Solar
lanterns, battery recharging for appliances, radio's and TV's will be developed
in the future. The technology of solar energy is still in the formative
stages, however much of what is known today can and is being applied by
innovative individuals. Our company ,is one which shall remain committed
